  • Member, Non-Commercial Guests: $375/attendee
  • Associate Commercial Member: $2,500/attendee (Price will increase to $2,650 after September 10, 2018)
  • Associate Commercial Member Guests: $495
  • Sponsor Rate: $1,870/attendee

NCTR Committee Meetings

Trustee Education, Nominating, Resolutions, and Legislative Committees are scheduled for Saturday, October 6. For meeting times, please refer to agenda link below.

Business Meeting – Tuesday, October 9 at 2:30 p.m.
According to the NCTR Constitution, active member state and local retirement systems are entitled to three voting delegates, all must be in attendance at the Conference to vote at the NCTR Business Meeting, Delegate Form must be signed by the Executive Director and filed with NCTR by September 21.

Optional Monday Activity for Registered Guests
A tour of George Washington’s Mount Vernon ($50) is available to your guests who are registered for the conference.
