The new ASOP 4 Toolkit is designed to help answer all these important questions, and more. Developed by NCTR and fellow national public pension organizations, the purpose of the toolkit is to help you understand the new measure – what it is and what it is not – and to help ensure the new number is not used to mischaracterize the financial health of your pension plan.
